End User Licence Agreement
This is your licence to use the Elip software: the website, the web app, any mobile app, and the messaging experience. It sits alongside our Terms and Privacy policy.
1. The licence
Freshview Innovations, Inc. gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Elip for your own job search, under these terms.
2. What you can't do
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software. Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract source code, models, prompts, or data. Scrape, crawl, or bulk-export content. Resell, rent, or offer Elip to others. Use automated tools to interact with Elip. Remove or hide any notices, marks, or disclaimers. Use Elip to break any law or anyone's rights.
3. Ownership
Elip, its software, models, design, name, and logo belong to Freshview Innovations, Inc. and its licensors. Nothing here transfers any of that to you. Feedback you give us can be used by us without obligation.
4. Third-party services
Elip may run on or connect to third-party services, including messaging platforms and app stores. Their terms apply to your use of them. We're not responsible for them.
5. Updates
We may update, change, or withdraw parts of Elip at any time. Updates may be installed automatically where your device allows it.
6. Term and termination
This licence lasts while you use Elip. It ends if you stop, if you breach these terms, or if we withdraw the service. On termination, stop using the software; the Terms and Privacy policy continue to apply to any data we hold.
7. No warranty, limited liability
Elip is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and our liability is limited as set out in the Terms.
8. App store terms
If you got Elip from an app store, that store's standard end-user terms also apply, and the store is not responsible for Elip or for supporting it.
9. Law
Delaware law governs this licence, as set out in the Terms.
