Terms of Service
These are the rules for using Elip. Short version: we find you jobs, you give us honest information, neither of us misbehaves.
1. Who we are
Elip (“we”, “us”, the “Service”) is a product of Freshview Innovations (India) Private Limited, registered office at Flat No. 613, Bala Ji Tower 2, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Sector 5, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302039, India. Contact: gaurav@tryelip.ai.
2. What Elip does
Elip is an AI job agent that operates inside messaging apps (currently WhatsApp). It scans publicly available job listings, matches them against the profile you share, sends you curated matches, and can generate tailored résumés and related career assistance.
Elip is a discovery and assistance tool. We are not a recruitment agency, employer, or staffing firm, and we do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a contract to use Elip. By using the Service you confirm this.
4. Your account and your side of the deal
- Provide information that is accurate and yours. Don't submit someone else's résumé, fabricated experience, or credentials you don't hold.
- Elip-generated résumés are drafted from the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing them and for their accuracy before sending them to any employer.
- Don't use Elip to spam, harass, scrape, reverse-engineer, or probe the Service, or for anything unlawful.
- One account per person. Don't impersonate others.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abusive behaviour, or misuse of the Service.
5. Pricing
Elip is free for job seekers. Employers pay when they hire through Elip. There are no hidden charges, subscriptions, or paid tiers for seekers. If this ever changes, we'll tell you clearly and in advance — nothing becomes paid silently.
6. Job listings and third-party content
Job listings surfaced by Elip come from third-party sources (job boards, ATS platforms, employer sites). We filter for quality but we do not control these listingsand cannot guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, or will remain open. Any application, interview, or employment relationship is strictly between you and the employer. Links to third-party sites are governed by those sites' own terms.
7. AI-generated content
Elip uses AI. AI output can contain errors. Match explanations, skill-gap analyses, and résumé drafts are assistance, not professional advice. Verify important details before relying on them.
8. Intellectual property
- Yours: your résumé, profile data, and content you submit remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service.
- Ours: the Elip name, brand, product, software, and everything on this website belong to Freshview Innovations (India) Private Limited. Don't copy, resell, or create derivative services from them without written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how to have it deleted. One message wipes everything — see the Privacy Policy for how.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that matches will lead to employment.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freshview Innovations (India) Private Limited and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including lost opportunities, lost income, or lost data — arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to INR 1,000 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, whichever is higher.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Freshview Innovations (India) Private Limited against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your content, or your misuse of the Service.
13. Changes to the Service or these terms
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. If we materially change these terms, we'll update the date above and notify active users on WhatsApp. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the Service.
