About Elip
Elip is a job agent that lives in your WhatsApp. It reads millions of job postings a day, throws away the ghosts and the near-misses, and sends you only the roles that actually fit — with a tailored, ATS-ready résumé for each one.
Why we built it
Job hunting became a part-time job. Unpaid, obviously. The work that actually matters — reading a posting properly, deciding whether you are a real fit, rewriting your résumé for it — gets crowded out by the volume of everything that doesn't: expired listings, roles you were never eligible for, sixty alert emails a day from job boards that never read your profile.
We built Elip so that filtering happens before it reaches you, and so the thing doing the filtering lives somewhere you already are. No app to install, no dashboard to check, no new password. One pinned chat.
How the matching works
Elip continuously scans job postings from across the market — job boards, applicant tracking systems, and company career pages — and normalises them into a single stream. Every posting is checked against what it knows about you: your experience, the roles you have said yes and no to, your location and notice period, and the specifics you have mentioned in the chat over time.
Most postings never reach you. That is the point. When one does, Elip sends the role with an honest account of why it thinks the match holds — and a résumé rewritten for that specific posting rather than a generic one. Some days that's three roles. Some days it's zero. We would rather send nothing than nonsense.

What the business model means for your data
Elip is free for job seekers. Employers pay when they hire through Elip. You're not the product — you're the talent it finds.
Concretely: we do not sell your data, and we do not run ads against it. Your résumé and chat history exist so the agent can match you properly, and for nothing else. One message wipes everything — no retention period, no support ticket, no exit interview. The specifics, including who processes data on our behalf and your rights under the DPDPA, are in our privacy policy.
