As a Generalist Service Representative II, you execute the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of customer products and processes. You perform preventive, reactive, and corrective maintenance, ensuring seamless operations regarding safety, quality, availability, and performance. You identify customer needs that can be addressed through Schneider Electrics value offerings, contributing to service growth. Your mission is to provide technical expertise in maintaining and repairing customer equipment, adhering to standard operating procedures and guidelines. Responsibilities

Execute Installation, commissioning, perform preventive/ reactive/ corrective maintenance and (onsite) repairs based on Standard Operating procedures and guidelines, supporting seamless operations of customers product/ process in terms of safety, quality, availability/ reliability and performance.

Complement Services growth by identifying customer needs that can be met through Schneider Electric value offerings.
