Drive Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for productivity, cost, efficiency, and performance targets.
Monitor plant performance and implement corrective actions to achieve operational goals.
Oversee production operations, workflow optimization, and target achievement.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and statutory regulations.
Conduct safety audits, hazard analysis, incident reporting, and safety awareness initiatives.
Maintain zero-accident culture through SOPs, PPE compliance, and workforce training.
Establish and monitor quality control standards and continuous process improvements.
Ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of Dry Mix Plant equipment.
Manage spares inventory, vendor development, procurement, and local sourcing initiatives.
Coordinate inspections, testing, technical evaluations, and vendor performance reviews.
Maintain plant records, equipment documentation, and compliance reports.
Liaise with technology suppliers and government authorities for operational requirements.
Lead sustainability initiatives and ensure adherence to environmental standards.
Identify training needs, prepare training calendars, and implement safety training programs.
Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, cost optimization, and team management.
