Learning & Development Insurance Sector

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify training needs through TNA, performance data, and business feedback.

- Design and execute training programs for sales, frontline, and leadership teams.

- Conduct product, process, behavioral, sales, and compliance training.

- Drive new-joiner induction, upskilling, and capability-building initiatives.

- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to align learning initiatives with business goals.

- Track training effectiveness, participation, feedback, and learning outcomes.

- Prepare L&D MIS, dashboards, and reports for management.
