Support the planning and execution of project activities at the manufacturing plant.
Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, utilities, HVAC, and other engineering teams for project execution.
Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing as per the approved project schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Track project progress, identify delays/issues, and follow up for timely resolution.
Review basic engineering drawings, layouts, specifications, BOQs and project documents.
Assist in material planning, procurement coordination and delivery tracking.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Support installation, commissioning and handover activities.
Maintain project documentation, progress reports, MOMs, trackers and other project records.
Coordinate with the EHS team to ensure compliance with safety requirements at the project site.
Support project teams in resolving technical and execution-related issues.
Ensure project activities are completed within the agreed time, cost and quality parameters.
