Operations Team Lead
Location: Kannamoola, Trivandrum, Kerala
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Team Lead to manage daily operations, supervise team activities, and ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily operations.
Manage and support team members.
Monitor team performance and productivity.
Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Identify and resolve operational issues.
Prepare and maintain performance reports.
