Position: Travel Desk Processor
Location: Thane, Mumbai
Job Summary
We are looking for a Travel Desk fresher who is detail-oriented and has good analytical and Excel skills to support day-to-day travel desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day travel desk activities and coordination.
Maintain and update travel-related records, trackers, and reports.
Prepare and analyze data using MS Excel.
Track travel requests, bookings, expenses, and related information.
Coordinate with internal teams and travel service providers as required.
Ensure accuracy of data and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Support the team in preparing MIS and other analytical reports.
Handle multiple tasks and maintain proper documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas, sorting, filtering, etc.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work with data and prepare reports.
Freshers with strong Excel and analytical skills can be considered.
