The role

Plant maintenance engineer in industrial utility services who operates and maintains air compressors, dryers, chillers, LPG and HSD yards, effluent and water treatment systems, performs root cause analysis, and monitors site KPIs. This person plans maintenance, manages spares, applies EHS procedures and five-S practices, leads site teams, and prepares ISO documentation and MIS reports. Core skills include utility equipment operation and maintenance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, EHS procedures, site KPI monitoring, spare planning, team leadership, and ISO documentation.

Engineer – Plant Utility Operation and Maintenance

Qualification

B.E./ B.Tech Mechanical with relevant experience of 4 to 6 years in operation and maintenance of utility equipment’s.

Desired profile

Should well verse with EHS rules and procedures specific to service projects and services business. Should have In Depth knowledge of Operation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Utility equipment like Air Compressors, Dryers, Chillers, LPG / HSD Yard, ETP / WTP etc. Daily planning and monitoring of Maintenance activity. Root Cause Analysis of Breakdowns and reporting to Customer. Spare monitoring and planning. Site KPI monitoring and steps to be taken to achieve the same. Skill mapping of team members. 5S maintaining in work area. Lead the team and set an example with leadership role at site. MIS Report preparation and ISO documentation. Ensure EHS adherence at site. Site Commercial activities. Monitoring of Site HR activities.
