About the Role
The Associate Operations Specialist (D) in the Retail Liability Operations department is responsible for processing customer requests and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance in documentation and data entry. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering high-quality service within the retail liabilities domain.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Scrutinize documents for account opening and service request processing.Perform data entry for account opening and service requests.Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Secondary Responsibilities
Liaise with other teams within Retail Liability Operations to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of issues.
What We Are Looking For
Education

Experience
