Full job description

Make outbound calls to existing customers regarding Personal Loan and Overdraft (OD) facilities.

Explain available loan/top-up offers, interest rates, tenure and other applicable benefits.

Understand customer requirements and guide them through the appropriate financial solution.

Follow up with interested customers and assist with the documentation process.

Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and disbursement.

Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer/case status.

Ensure professional and effective communication with customers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,679.27 per month
