Key Responsibilities• Develop and expand international business for chemical products. • Identify new overseas distributors, importers, and customers. • Generate export inquiries and convert them into sales. • Handle the complete international sales cycle from inquiry to order execution. • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts. • Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for timely shipment. • Manage export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. • Maintain strong relationships with existing international customers. • Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. • Monitor competitor activities and prepare market intelligence reports. • Ensure timely collection of payments from overseas customers. • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Required Skills• Strong knowledge of International Sales • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Knowledge of Incoterms, Export Documentation, Letter of Credit (LC), and international payment methods. • Understanding of global chemical markets. • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM software. • Strong presentation and relationship management skills. • Ability to travel internationally, if required. • Experience of dealing with Water treatment chemical, soaps & detergents, cosmetics and personal care, food additives, paint, ink & coating, foam chemicals, rubbers and plasticizers, etc..
Educational Qualification• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • MBA in International Business/Marketing is preferred.
Experience• 3–5 years of experience in International Sales• Experience in the chemical trading / manufacturing industry is preferred. • Proven track record of achieving international sales targets.
