Full job description
Ensure implementation of preventive maintenance schedule.
* Review the weekly / major shutdown plans.
* Analyse major breakdowns and plan corrective actions.
* Interact with OEMs / Consultants for typical plant maintenance problems and AMC for critical equipments.
Improve the equipment efficiency through regular inspection and maintenance of equipments.
Take precautions to arrest leakages, wastages of material.
Implement 5S principles.
Optimise use of manpower and material for maintenance.
Identify & use of surplus inventory available.
Monitor cost with budget.
Take corrective action.KRA41. Quality Control:
Monitor the quality of mechanical jobs of allotted project. Inspection of quality of maintenance.
Witness inspection & testing of jobs performed by staff and contract labours.
