Security OperationsMonitor and manage day-to-day security operations across plant premises.Ensure strict access control for employees, visitors, and contract workforce.Supervise deployment of security personnel and ensure adherence to duty rosters.Oversee CCTV surveillance systems and ensure timely reporting of any suspicious activity.Conduct regular patrolling of critical areas including plant, township, and storage zones.Handle security incidents, emergencies, and breach situations effectively.Conduct preliminary investigations and submit incident reports with corrective action plans.Ensure compliance with statutory security guidelines, industrial safety norms, and company policies.Maintain records of gate entries, incident logs, material movement, and security registers.Coordinate with external security agencies for manpower deployment and performance monitoring.Verify contractor workforce credentials and ensure adherence to security protocols.Monitor inward and outward movement of materials to prevent pilferage and theft.Ensure proper gate pass systems and audit trails for material movement.Liaise with local law enforcement agencies, CISF (if applicable), and administration.Support plant management during audits, inspections, and emergency preparedness drills.Assist in implementation of emergency response plans (fire, medical, disaster management).Participate in mock drills and ensure readiness of security staff.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Defense/Police background or certification in Security Management)
