The Opportunity
Maintain HE Safety and Quality standard in production lineEnsure compliance of safety guidelines and proceduresProduction planningSetting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating to the employees (blue collar/white collar/contract)Drive continuous improvement culture -6S, Six SigmaWork closely with planning & order handling function to ensure on time delivery to customersClose coordination with purchase and stores for timely material availabilityEnsure in process quality checks and skill certification of blue-collar employeesWork on productivity improvementPreparing KPI reports on performance and progressIdentify gaps in efficiency to work on improvementsOwnership of complete line from first step of manufacturing to packing and dispatch
Your Background
Working knowledge of SAPProficient in MS-OfficeMan managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving skillsVSM activityLean managementA Diploma in Mechanical /electrical engineering with first class (above 60%)Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional work experience in Procurement.
