Basic Knowledge of 7 QC Tools Instrument understanding Method of inspection standards for stamping, welding, and forming processesConduct dimensional inspection using CMM, height gauges, checking fixtures, and GD&T interpretationInvestigate customer complaints and internal rejections using 8D/5-Why/Fishbone; drive root cause and corrective Maintain quality documentation- work instructions, inspection reports
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Ability to read and understand designs and schematics Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
