Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local market trends and competitor activity.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling various banking products such as deposits, loans, credit cards, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in Branch Banking, Direct Sales, Field Work, Insurance Sales, Relationship Management or similar roles.

Strong knowledge of BFSI industry with expertise in Banking Sales (BDE), BFSI Sales (BANKING SALES) & Financial Services Sales.

Excellent communication skills for effective relationship building with clients.

Requirements

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Tamil communication skills preferred/required for market.

- Willingness to work in a field-sales environment.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required as per business requirement.

- Candidates with experience in BFSI, insurance, banking, telecom or direct sales will have an added advantage.
