Role Purpose Statement :

Lead Master Data Management operations and governance across Customer, Supplier, Finance and Material Master domains.Ensure delivery excellence while driving data quality, process standardization, and governance initiatives.Manage stakeholder relationships and lead teams delivering global master data services.Support enterprise-wide data transformation, migration, and ERP initiatives.

Main Accountabilities:

Service Delivery LeadershipManage end-to-end service delivery for master data operations and ensure ensure compliance with global policies, standards, procedures, and governance requirements.Drive achievement of SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance targets and manage escalations and implement corrective actions.Data Governance & QualityDrive adherence to enterprise data standards and governance frameworks.Support establishment of controls to improve data reliability and accuracy.Stakeholder ManagementServe as a primary contact for business stakeholders within assigned domains.Manage stakeholder expectations and communication related to service delivery performance and collaborate with IT, business functions, and global process owners.Transformation & ImprovementSupport SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA, and data migration programs.Drive operational excellence through best practices and innovation.People LeadershipLead, coach, and develop a team of data management professionals.Manage workforce planning, succession planning, and capability development.

Education & Experience:

Education : Bachelor's degree required (BE,B.Tech)10-15 years of professional experience in Master Data Management.Minimum 6-10 years of SAP MDG or SAP MDM experience.Proven experience in managing service delivery operations.Strong stakeholder management experience.Demonstrated success in leading teams within global organizations.Experience in Data Quality, Data Migration, and Data Standards programs.
