Position : Service Relation Assistant (SRA)
Department: Cinema Operations
Location: Wave Cinemas , Metropolis Mall , Rudrapur
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused and responsible candidates for the position of Service Relation Assistant (SRA) at Wave Cinemas. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and supporting smooth day-to-day cinema operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
Handle food & beverage counters, ticketing and other customer service activities as assigned.
Ensure accurate billing and proper handling of cash/POS transactions.
Assist customers with their queries and provide appropriate information.
Ensure timely replenishment and proper display of food & beverage products.
Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines and operational procedures.
Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth daily operations.
Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the concerned supervisor when required.
Eligibility:
Minimum 12th Pass; graduates are also welcome to apply.
Freshers can apply.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude, teamwork and willingness to work in shifts.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
