PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Location: Rudrapur, Uttarakhand
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 12 Hours per Day

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities, supervise workers, maintain production targets, and ensure quality and safety standards are followed on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily production activities as per production plans.
Allocate work to workers and monitor manpower utilization.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timeline.
Monitor fabrication, assembly and manufacturing processes.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Production teams.
Ensure proper use of machines, tools and raw materials.
Monitor production quality and minimize rejection, wastage and rework.
Maintain daily production reports and records.
Identify production issues and take corrective action.
Ensure workers follow safety rules and company procedures.
Maintain discipline and proper housekeeping on the shop floor.
Report daily production status, breakdowns and other issues to management.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 2–3 years in Production/Supervision.
Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production or related field preferred.
Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, aluminium formwork or scaffolding industry will be preferred.
Good knowledge of production processes and manpower handling.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
