Role Description The Maintenance Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Rudrapur. The intern will assist maintenance staff with routine inspections of machinery and facility equipment, support preventive maintenance activities, and help document maintenance records. Day-to-day responsibilities include basic maintenance and repair tasks under supervision, assisting with troubleshooting equipment issues, and following safety and compliance procedures. The intern will work closely with senior technicians and engineers to learn standard maintenance practices, participate in improvement initiatives, and support smooth plant operations.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for industrial or facility equipment.Candidates should possess skills in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to support reliable operations.Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting to help identify and resolve equipment issues.Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems, gained through coursework or practical experience.Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related technical field.Ability to follow safety guidelines, work under supervision, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and readiness to work in an on-site industrial environment.
