About the role
The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.
We're looking for a Junior Company Secretary in India to support our global corporate governance and compliance. You'll be managing statutory filings and coordinating corporate records across international jurisdictions, including the UK.

What you'll be doing
Providing support on taking minutes of meetings, circulating them to relevant attendees, and ensuring they are signed
Preparing and submitting various statutory and regulatory filings
Liaising with notaries, legal counsel, and local directors to arrange signing of legal paperwork
Supporting the maintenance of corporate books and records
Assisting with the onboarding process for new directors
Requesting and updating KYC information and declarations of interest for board members and executives
Producing process guides and informational pages to facilitate knowledge transfer amongst stakeholders
Maintaining and updating accurate corporate data stored in key governance systems
What you'll need
2+ years of experience in company secretarial practice or corporate governance
Experience in minute-taking for corporate meetings and committees
Experience in international corporate environments, covering locations like the UK and Europe
The ability to manage multiple corporate filings and compliance tasks accurately
A professional membership with the UK Chartered Governance Institute or admission as a qualified lawyer
Fluency in English
Nice to have
A qualified or chartered company secretary designation
Experience working in a financial services context
A law degree
Experience studying abroad for at least one year or semester
Experience in corporate governance programmes
