Role Description The Sales Manager role at Bajaj Finserv is a full-time, on-site position based in Ranchi. The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, driving business growth in assigned territories, and managing relationships with customers and distribution partners. Day-to-day activities include developing and executing local sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing reports and forecasts. The role involves leading and coaching a sales team, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards. The Sales Manager also collaborates with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to support product launches, improve customer experience, and optimize sales processes.

Qualifications
