About the RoleWe are looking for a Retail Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for our retail stores across Punjab, with a strong focus on Optometrist hiring and bulk retail recruitment.The role will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of qualified Optometrists across Punjab, along with managing high-volume hiring for other frontline retail positions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end recruitment for retail positions across Punjab, with a primary focus on Optometrist hiring.Manage bulk/volume hiring of Optometrists across multiple stores and locations.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Optometrists through various sourcing channels.Explore and develop sourcing channels across optical retail, hospitals, clinics, institutes, local networks and relevant talent pools.Drive hiring for other retail roles such as Sales Associates, Store Managers and frontline positions.Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, local networks, job fairs and other channels.Conduct initial screening based on qualification, relevant experience, communication skills, location preference and availability.Coordinate interviews with business teams and ensure timely closure of positions.Manage offer closures, candidate engagement, joining follow-ups and onboarding.Ensure minimum dropouts/no-shows by maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.Partner with business and HR teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Who Are We Looking For?2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in retail, optical, healthcare, frontline or bulk hiring.Prior experience in Optometrist hiring will be strongly preferred.Strong understanding of the Optometrist talent market and local sourcing channels.Experience managing high-volume hiring across multiple locations.Strong sourcing, candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable working with hiring targets and tight timelines.Strong communication and follow-up skills.Ability to manage multiple requirements and recruitment pipelines independently.Candidates from optical retail, healthcare, e-commerce, Q-commerce or other volume-hiring environments will be preferred.
