Full job description

We're looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead - Computer Vision to drive our AI/Computer Vision initiatives end-to-end. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll contribute directly to architecture, coding, deployment, customer engagement, and team mentorship. Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of scalable Computer Vision solutions.

Build and optimise real-time video analytics pipelines.

Write production-quality code and review system architectures.

Mentor and guide a team of developers and engineers.

Collaborate directly with customers as the primary technical point of contact.

Drive deployment and optimisation on NVIDIA GPU-based platforms.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Computer Vision, including 2+ years in a senior/lead role.

Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks.

Hands-on experience with: Object detection, Tracking, Segmentation, Recognition systems, Video analytics.

Experience deploying Computer Vision pipelines in production environments.

Strong experience with NVIDIA Jetson platforms (Orin, Xavier, etc. )

Familiarity with GPU deployment workflows, including CUDA and TensorRT.

Experience leading or mentoring teams of 3+ developers.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to balance hands-on coding with technical leadership responsibilities.

Nice to Have:

Experience optimising GStreamer or DeepStream applications.

Knowledge of model optimisation, compression, and quantisation.

Background in ANPR, industrial vision systems, or advanced video analytics.

Exposure to Vision Language Models (VLMs), Generative AI, vLLM, or SGLang.
