What’s the role all about?

NiCE Actimize is currently seeking a Business Analyst Manager to join our Professional Services team at the Global Talent Center in Pune, India. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in implementing complex on-premise and hosted SaaS Actimize solutions. You’ll lead a high-performing team of business analysts delivering compliance, risk management, and financial crime solutions to Financial Institution (FI) clients.

You are someone who thrives in a consulting environment, brings strong business acumen, and excels at translating complex requirements into actionable outcomes. If you have hands-on experience in the BFSI sector, particularly in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Fraud Prevention, and are passionate about building and mentoring teams—this is the opportunity for you.

How will you make an impact?

Lead the BA practices and BA professionals within Professional Services portfolio

Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and support the implementation of NICE Actimize Integrated Fraud Management (IFM) solutions.

Custodian of BA best practices and processes embed these practices with BA team

Provide on-going support for BA in project teams where necessary to improve BA activities and the quality of business analysis deliverables.

Plan and closely monitor business analysis activities of all BAs in

Ensure both business and system requirements are well analyzed, modeled and documented

Assist project teams in prioritizing, balancing and managing BA works to ensure sufficient requirements ready for delivery

Identify project delivery issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary

Work closely with stakeholders and change management to identify impacts to business processes because of system or application changes

Evaluate effectiveness of solution delivery (SDLC) tools, processes and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement

Liaise and collaborate with internal external stakeholders as required

Coaching and training programs for the BA team

Have you got what it takes?

15 years of IT experience of which 10 years in a BA role with minimum 3 years’ leading BA Team

Working knowledge of payment systems and payment journeys across different regions and payment methods globally, such as domestic and international payments, real-time payments, SEPA, SWIFT/Wire, and other payment rails

Familiar with full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Experience of working in BFS domain. Experience in Fraud detection is must

Should be comfortable understanding code and writing SQL queries

Demonstrated ability to analyze, model and communicate complex business requirements

Proven ability to deal with ambiguous situations

Experienced in building best practices, initiating, and successfully managing business process improvement initiatives to completion

Experienced in innovative customer experiences, customer engagement and project delivery
