Sfdc Lead

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer / Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, integration, and implementation. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the Salesforce product ecosystem, strong communication and negotiation skills, and experience working with modern development technologies and APIs.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and implementing Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.

Create and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, custom layouts, fields, reports, dashboards, and other Salesforce customizations.

Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, AppExchange solutions, and Salesforce APIs.

Work with Salesforce APIs including REST, SOAP, Metadata, Streaming, and other integration technologies.

Participate in Salesforce application development, deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

Implement and manage Salesforce DX, source control, CI/CD, and deployment processes.

Work on Data Cloud / Data 360 implementations, including data integration and related Salesforce capabilities.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, architects, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Evaluate and leverage AppExchange / ISV solutions where appropriate.

Contribute to solution design, technical documentation, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.

Ensure Salesforce solutions follow development best practices, security standards, scalability, and maintainability requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: Graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Hands-on development experience in at least one or more of the following technologies:

Apex

Node.js / AngularJS

Java

HTML5 / CSS3

C / C++

Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and customization.

Experience in designing and implementing:

Salesforce Objects

Custom Fields

Custom Layouts

Workflow Rules

Validation Rules

Other Salesforce standard and custom configurations

Experience developing and consuming Web Services and APIs.

Strong understanding of Salesforce API integration, including REST, SOAP, Metadata, Streaming APIs, etc.

Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using Web Services, APIs, AppExchange, or third-party solutions.

Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD implementation.

Understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle, deployment, testing, and release management.

Preferred Skills

Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer / Developer certification.

Experience with Data Cloud / Data 360 implementation.

Understanding of the Salesforce product ecosystem, including:
