This role can be based in Pune or Indore, with an in-office requirement in both locations. Candidates in either location are encouraged to apply.
Vena is on a journey to transform the way organizations plan to grow their businesses, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically savvy Product Owner to support our Data Integrations
portfolio. This role is based in Indore, India, where you will work closely with a fully India-based development team to deliver integration and extensibility capabilities that are foundational to Vena’s platform strategy.
In this role, you’ll help unlock the ability for customers and Vena’s partner ecosystem to enhance the value of the Vena platform as a single source of truth for all their financial and operational data. You’ll play a key part in enabling seamless data connectivity and
extensibility, powering customers’ corporate data strategies with downstream solutions like business intelligence dashboards, AI/ML-driven forecasting, and more.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Managers, designers, and software engineers to define product requirements and deliver new features for Vena’s data integrations and extensibility platform.
Support the execution of the product roadmap by translating strategic goals into actionable user stories and epics.
Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Engineering leads.
Analyze customer, partner, and internal feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in our data integration workflows.
Monitor and evaluate product releases and performance using metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with expected outcomes.
Participate in customer and partner discussions to gather requirements and clarify integration use cases.
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and follow best practices for data handling and API management.
Continuously improve Agile and operational practices within the scrum team to ensure efficient execution.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Engineering, Support, Customer Success, Sales, and Professional Services to drive execution and adoption.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
2+ years of experience as a Product Owner at a B2B SaaS company and 3–5 years in software development or delivery.
Experience building or supporting data integration and ETLpipelines using iPaaS platforms, APIs, or ETL tools.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, data pipelines, and integration patterns across SaaS ecosystems.
Technically hands-on with an ability to understand the architecture and constraints of integration platforms and services.
Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with a collaborative working style.
Skilled in Agile development processes, backlog management, and crossfunctional collaboration.
Data-driven mindset and experience using quantitative methods to guide decisions.
Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies
Salary range 14,00,000 - 21,30,000 INR
Our salaries are tailored to roles, levels and locations. Your individual pay within this range is influenced by factors like work location, skills, experience and education. As you progress in your role, your compensation may adapt, offering flexibility for growth beyond initial levels.
