Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the execution of high-value engineered-to-order (ETO) Non-API pump projects from order receipt to final delivery.

Manage and guide a team of Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with customer specifications and applicable standards.

Own project P&L, monitor margins, cash flow, advances, collections, and drive profitability improvement.

Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Customers to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues.

Review contracts, conduct project kick-off meetings, manage project risks, and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Act as the primary customer interface during project execution, handling escalations, approvals, documentation, claims, and commercial matters.

Ensure timely submission and approval of technical, commercial, and manufacturing documents, including MRB, IRN, MDCC, and final documentation.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure adherence to delivery commitments.

Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication, proactive follow-up, and successful project completion.

Conduct periodic order reviews, team performance reviews, and ensure compliance with QMS, SAP processes, and organizational requirements.

Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
