Provide strategic leadership for Eaton's global Intercompany operations, driving standardization, governance, automation, and continuous improvement across the end-to-end intercompany ecosystem

The role is accountable for delivering operational excellence, strengthening controls, and enabling scalable growth through process transformation and data-driven decision-making

Lead a team of Intercompany professionals and team leaders, partner with global cross-functional stakeholders, and champion initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce risk, accelerate issue resolution, and deliver sustainable business value aligned with Eaton's enterprise objectives.

Qualifications:

Requirement:

CA / CMA / MBA / ACCA

>12+ years in finance with extensive experience in Intercompany processes

1. Process Governance & Standardization

Manage the execution of standardized Intercompany processes across regions and business segments.

Ensure adherence to established process standards, policies, procedures, and controls.

Support the implementation and sustainment of global process improvement and standardization initiatives.

2. Systems, Automation & Process Optimization

Support the deployment and adoption of automation solutions and technology enhancements.

Partner with IT, process owners, and business stakeholders to resolve system issues and improve process effectiveness.

Ensure consistent execution of intercompany processes across ERP systems and supporting platforms.

3. Operational Excellence & Controls

Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance service delivery.

Monitor process accuracy and data quality through effective controls and operational reviews.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and audit requirements.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor and report KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance metrics.

Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and drive corrective actions.

Provide regular operational updates and performance insights to leadership.

5. People Leadership & Capability Development

Ensure effective workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement through Team Leads

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-focused service delivery.

Drive succession planning, talent development and organizational readiness to support business growth

Skills:

Strong Intercompany system experience (SAP & Oracle ERP Knowledge (AR / AP / Interco / GL)

Multi-national experience essential

Communication, collaboration and cross functional skills, understanding of stakeholder requirements
