Key Responsibilities include:

• Build test frameworks and methodologies that will define the testing processes used as part of

the software development process

• Write and maintain test plans, automation scripts.

• Create and maintain automated test suites for various software products

• Automate API and UI tests

• Ability to work well within an Agile development environment

• Raise Quality issues in a timely manner for the product development cycle

• Continually develop and execute an improving suite of test cases for each product

Key requirements Include:

• Proven Experience in creating Automation Test Strategy and Plan for a Microservice based cloud

native application

• Experience writing functional test automation scripts for Web applications and Web services

(REST based) using Selenium is a must

• Experience working with Java, Git, Maven, Gherkin, Selenium, REST-assured and Postman

• Good knowledge on regression and functional testing

• Good knowledge/Experience in Database (SQL)

• Experience with API mocking tools, such as WireMock is an added advantage

• Experience working with Linux, bash scripting and Eclipse is a plus

• Expertise in understanding manual test cases and converting into Automation Scripts

• Proven ability in handling/grooming minimum two team members

Education

• UG :B.Tech/B.E. in Any SpecializationRole & responsibilities
