As DailyObjects scales, it is expanding from digital channels into immersive offline retail spaces to bring its design philosophy closer to communities.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Store Manager role based in Pune Airport

Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a store environment.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and handle diverse customer needs professionally.

Solid Product Knowledge capabilities, including the ability to learn and explain features, materials, and use-cases across multiple product lines.

Comfort using POS systems and basic digital tools; strong attention to detail in billing, inventory, and store presentation.

Manage stock levels, assist in inventory checks, and report discrepancies.

Resolve customer queries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Support store operations, including housekeeping, replenishment, and display management.

Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold brand values at all times

Requirements

Graduate / 12th pass with proven retail sales experience (5 years ).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for customer service and sales.

Good understanding of retail operations and POS systems.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Presentable, energetic, and team-oriented personality.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
