Full job description
Key Responsibilities
Create and edit technical documentation for SailPoint APIs, client libraries, and SDKs.
Lead and mentor developer advocates and cross-functional contributors to produce high-quality content.
Develop sample code and applications demonstrating use cases for SailPoint APIs.
Collaborate with Product Managers to identify documentation needs for current product features.
Work closely with Engineers to understand product functionality and reflect it accurately in documentation.
Conduct stakeholder reviews and peer reviews of documentation.
Verify the accuracy of documentation prior to publishing and maintain/edit existing documentation.
Ensure documentation is accessible and understandable for audiences with diverse technical knowledge levels. .
