Skill set
Must Have
Self motivated, fast learner and able to work independently with
least guidance.
Strong analytical and communication skills. Strong Interest of Electronics design concepts ( hands on experience
is not a must), Digital and Analog design, Circuit analysis, Digital and
Analog communication systems
Conceptual Knowledge of HW Interfaces/ Schematics/ Layout /
Component interfacing / Signal analysis / Circuit theory/ Digital and
Analog communication systems will be an added advantage
Basic knowledge of computer networking concepts (TCP/IP
protocols like DHCP, IPv4/IPv6/ TCP/UDP ).
Basic user experience on Linux and Windows operating systems Basic idea of Shell and/or Python scripting. Candidates with good
python programming will be given preference.
Nice to have
Understanding of WiFi and Networking internals Prior hands on experience on MATLAB, signal generators ,
oscilloscopes and signal analyzers will be given preference
Automated testing skills .
Learning Opportunities & Responsibilities
Participate in Front End and Back End Hardware Schematics/Layout
evaluation activities in manual and automated way
Conduct experiments on Arista’s WiFi Access Points (prototypes as well as
engineered products) and switches for Hardware characterization of
functionality , performance and stability and evaluation of ODM solutions
Qualifications
Holds a B. E. /B.Tech/M.Tech. in Electronics & Telecommunication or Electrical
Communication Engineering
Candidates holding M.Tech/M.E in Electronics & Telecommunication or Electrical
Communication Engineering will be given preference
Candidates pursuing the final year of these degree programs are also eligible.
