ob Title: Vulnerability Management Analyst

What You Will Do

The Vulnerability Management Analyst will play a crucial role in our organization by managing and mitigating vulnerabilities across our systems and networks. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and reporting vulnerabilities, coordinating remediation efforts, and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations.

How You Will Do It

Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and scans to identify potential security weaknesses.Analyze and prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk and impact to the organization.Collaborate with IT and security teams to develop and implement remediation plans.Maintain up-to-date documentation of vulnerabilities and remediation efforts.Assist in the development of security policies and procedures related to vulnerability management.Stay informed about the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices in the field.Support incident response efforts as needed.

What We Look For

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.4-8 years of experience in vulnerability management, security analysis, or a related field.Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys, Rapid7).Basic understanding of network and application security concepts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH) are a plus.
