About The Role

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will design, build, and support scalable Salesforce solutions that enable critical business operations within a highly regulated financial services environment. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex requirements into secure, high-performing platform capabilities. Success in this role requires strong expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, platform governance, and application support. You will play a key role in driving platform reliability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across Salesforce ecosystems.

What You Will Be Doing

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative toolsDeliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirementsBuild and support integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using REST, SOAP, and middleware technologiesCollaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutionsLead technical design reviews and recommend best practices for platform scalability and performancePerform code reviews and enforce development standards across Salesforce delivery teamsTroubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable resolutionsSupport release planning, deployment activities, and environment management within Agile delivery frameworksOptimize platform performance, data quality, and user experience through continuous improvement initiativesEnsure adherence to security controls, data protection standards, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience developing enterprise Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and platform configurationStrong expertise in Salesforce application architecture, customization, and platform best practicesExperience building and supporting integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, middleware, and event-driven architecturesKnowledge of Salesforce security models, role hierarchies, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and data governanceExperience with Salesforce data migration, data quality management, and deployment processesProficiency with Agile development methodologies, source control, and continuous delivery practicesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issuesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a skills-based equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer certifications or other Salesforce credentialsExperience within banking, financial services, fintech, or other regulated industriesKnowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or related industry solutionsExperience with DevOps tools, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with enterprise integration platforms and cloud-based application ecosystemsUnderstanding of application performance optimization, monitoring, and operational support practices
