About The Role

As a Senior DevOps Analyst, you will help design, build, automate, and support cloud-based and hybrid infrastructure solutions across a portfolio of Treasury & Risk products. You will play a key role in advancing DevOps transformation initiatives by delivering secure, scalable, and reliable platforms while driving automation across engineering and operational processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service resilience, operational efficiency, and deployment consistency. Success in this role is measured through platform stability, automation outcomes, security compliance, and continuous improvement of development and operations practices.

What You Will Be Doing

Design, implement, and support production environments in AWS and/or AzureBuild and maintain infrastructure as code solutions to improve consistency and scalabilityDevelop and enhance CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery and reduce operational riskAutomate operational processes and recurring support activities to improve efficiency and reliabilityMonitor platform performance, availability, and security across cloud and hybrid environmentsCollaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver resilient hosted servicesTroubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis and resolutionCreate and maintain technical designs, operational procedures, and system documentationApply approved AI tools to improve engineering workflows, operational automation, and knowledge managementReview AI-generated outputs for accuracy, security, compliance, and production readiness

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in infrastructure or software engineering, including 5+ years in cloud or DevOps rolesExperience designing, building, and supporting production solutions in AWS and/or AzureHands-on experience with infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, scripting, and version controlExperience with cloud and hybrid architectures, including networking, identity, storage, monitoring, security, and disaster recoveryAbility to translate product requirements into technical designs, implementation plans, and operational documentationExperience troubleshooting production issues and automating recurring support tasksPractical experience using AI-assisted development or operations tools and validating generated outputs for production useBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experienceStrong understanding of production operations, cloud security, networking, and disaster recovery principlesStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global teams and product lines

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Terraform, Python or PowerShell, Harness, Bitbucket, or GitHubExperience with AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, and RDSExperience supporting Windows Server, SQL Server, SaaS products, or hybrid cloud migrationsExperience developing AI-assisted workflows for incident triage, log analysis, documentation, or knowledge search using approved enterprise toolsExperience in financial services or another regulated environmentAWS, Azure, Terraform, or DevOps certificationHands-on experience with Linux Server, Kubernetes, or hybrid cloud modernization initiativesExperience building, measuring, and optimizing AI-assisted operational automation
