JOB TITLE: Junior Program Manager- Global Sales and Application Support
Reports To: Program Manager- Global Sales and Application Support
Position Summary
The Junior Program Manager supports the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within a program. This role works closely with senior program managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. It is an excellent role for individuals looking to grow into a full program or project management career.
Responsibilities
Support end-to-end delivery of multiple operational from intake to closure.Build and maintain program plans, timelines, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status reporting.Track milestones and follow-ups, coordinate stakeholders, leaders, SMEs and ensure actions are closed on time.Track program KPIs and present insights to stakeholders (quality, delivery, compliance, adoption).Build simple, reliable reporting mechanisms (Excel/SharePoint lists/Power BI where available).Identify bottlenecks and propose data-backed improvements.Communicate changes effectively through release notes, announcements, FAQ updates, and training coordination.Support change management & Demonstrated performance as a change agentAnalyze data and provide information for management team to make decisionsCoordinate RCA process and be responsible for non-conforming database maintenance.Establish, maintain and improve metrics in Lean Culture to promote continuous Improvement
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business or related field.Overall 4+ years with minimum 4 years’ experience in related fieldKnowledge of lean tools and leading continuous improvement activitiesPMP, Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification mandatory, Six Sigma Black belt Certification desirableStrong documentation skills: ability to write clear SOPs, job aids, and communication updates.Comfort with data tracking and analysis .Strong stakeholder management: follow-ups, meeting facilitation, and structured communicationGood English communication skills
