About The Team

Team is purely Operations Team which handles all the operations work of hosted clients. Monitoring, doing analysis of application, jobs failures, providing the solutions, maintaining the defined SLAs, Handling MS Azure based clients are the key works.Application upgrades, DR exercise, Maintain clients data, follow the FIS compliance procedures, provide support in 3 shift.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide MS Azure based application support for production clientsProvide support on Terraform, IM based applications. Monitor closely all kind of notifications and work with vendorsProvide support of Microsoft web server Internet Information Services (IIS) which is being used to host the web-applicationThe database for each AF environment runs under Microsoft Azure SQL at the highest available compatibility levelProvide Azure backups which are used to protect the hosted environments against accidental loss, this is in addition to geo-replication used for DR

What You Bring

1 to 2 years of experience in MS Azure, MS Azure portalGood knowledge of Github, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipeline,Good Experience in SQL and shell ScriptingStrong Terraform knowledge is mandatory

Added Bonus If You Have

Devops knowledge would be advantageousAWS knowledge can give advantagesAutomation skill would preferred along with Terraform and MS Azure knowledge
