Role Description The Loss Prevention Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. This role is responsible for monitoring store and warehouse operations to prevent theft, fraud, and inventory shrinkage, using physical checks, CCTV review, and adherence to standard operating procedures. The associate will conduct regular audits, identify risk areas, document incidents, and support investigations in collaboration with store leadership and security teams. They will educate team members on loss prevention practices, ensure compliance with safety and security guidelines, and help maintain accurate records and reports. The role also involves interacting with customers and internal stakeholders in a professional manner to uphold a safe and secure shopping and working environment.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Retail Loss Prevention and Prevention to identify, mitigate, and report risks related to shrinkage and fraud.Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally and support a positive in-store experience.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with store teams, security personnel, and management.Candidates should possess knowledge of Physical Security practices, including surveillance monitoring, access control, and safety protocols.Relevant experience in retail, warehousing, or logistics environments, especially in loss prevention or security, is beneficial.Ability to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, and perform physical checks within stores and warehouses is required.Strong attention to detail, integrity, and a high level of responsibility and ownership in daily operations are expected.A diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or equivalent work experience in security or retail operations, is an advantage.
