The Position

Technology Consultant Learning Operations Expert

Introduction As a Technology Consultant at the SE6 level within RDT Performance & Insights, you will take on a matrix leadership role to deliver on a diversity of high-impact products and multi-faceted projects. You will lead both internal and external teams or squads in a matrix organization, developing advanced approaches like Agile backlog management, and driving the timeline and strategy across product teams. By applying your deep expertise in consultancy and proficient business process domain knowledge, you will solve unusually complex problems with highly innovative solutions, manage high-level stakeholder relationships across the enterprise, and actively mentor colleagues to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Lead Matrix Squads & Deliveries: Lead internal, external, and unofficial teams across matrix organizations to successfully deliver on a wide diversity of high-impact products and learning operations projectsArchitect Agile Timelines: Develop and implement advanced operational approaches—such as Agile backlog management—defining clear delivery timelines and priorities across product teams and squadsManage Enterprise Backlogs: Prioritize, plan, and report execution status at the multi-product, enterprise, or product-line level to ensure alignment with business objectivesSolve Complex Technical Challenges: Conduct root-cause analysis and problem-solving for unusually complex issues, proposing highly innovative solutions and process improvementsInfluence Product Line Strategies: Shape product and product-line strategies by applying in-depth industry trends, advanced data analysis, and technical principles for maximum value creationManage Enterprise Stakeholders: Build and maintain high-level relationships with key enterprise stakeholders, ensuring project outcomes align with strategic expectations across multiple portfoliosTailor Strategic Communications: Communicate complex technical information, risks, and proposed solutions effectively across the enterprise, adapting messaging and channels for diverse audiencesFoster Collaborative Environments: Lead cross-product collaborative team environments and champion organizational development initiatives, such as showing active leadership in Communities of Practice (CoPs)

Who you are:

Educated Professional: You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperienced Technology Consultant: You bring 5+ years of consultancy experience, including 3+ years of specialized experience in life sciences/pharma or the assigned business function being supportedConsultancy Domain Expert: You possess advanced knowledge of consultancy concepts and practices, with deep expertise in at least one primary consultancy capability and business process domain knowledgeTechnical & Process Analyst: You demonstrate strong capabilities in applying advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysisComplex Problem Solver: You have a proven track record of working on multi-faceted projects and successfully resolving unusually complex problems with innovative technical solutionsEnterprise Stakeholder Manager: You bring exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate enterprise-level portfolios and tailor messaging to diverse audiencesMentoring & Agile Leader: You possess a demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues, provide constructive feedback, lead matrix teams, and drive organizational development initiatives (e.g., CoPs)
