About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Software Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using modern Java technologies and cloud-native architecture. This role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable applications while working closely with senior engineers, architects, and product teams. The candidate should be passionate about continuous learning, software craftsmanship, modern development practices, AI-assisted development, and building distributed systems that are secure, reliable, and performant.

Data import from Exchange and BO (Exercise, Assignment, Settlement, Market data, closeout, final position & spread)Reconcile final positions, Exr/Asn’s between exchange & BOReconcile top day tradesCloseout the position at exchangePosition closeout, Client & Stock notifications

What You Will Be Doing

Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using Java 17/21 and Spring BootBuild and consume RESTful APIs and microservicesDevelop integrations using Apache Camel and enterprise integration patternsParticipate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Deploy and manage applications on AWS or Microsoft AzureConfigure and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, deployment, and release processesContainerize applications using Docker and deploy them to Kubernetes environmentsMonitor application health, logs, and performance in cloud environmentsImplement authentication and authorization mechanisms using modern Identity Providers (IdP) such as Azure AD, Okta, Key cloak, Auth0, or similar solutionsIntegrate applications with enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML protocolsEnsure compliance with security best practices and enterprise standardsConfigure and manage API Gateway solutionsDevelop integrations with message brokers and MQ platformsDesign and implement event-driven architectures using messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Azure Service Bus, Amazon SQS/SNS, or similar platformsBuild resilient and scalable asynchronous processing workflowsAnalyze application performance and identify bottlenecksOptimize APIs, database interactions, JVM settings, and system resource utilizationParticipate in troubleshooting production issues and root cause analysisImplement observability, monitoring, and logging best practices

What You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experienceGood to have Investment banking experience & Derivates markets experienceExperience - 1-3 Years only Location - PUNE OnlyGood written and verbal communication skillsCandidate should be flexible to support business in extended hoursGood knowledge in AWS, Azure CloudQuick learner and proactive in handling additional tasksFluent in EnglishExcellent communicator – ability to discuss concerns and issues with other support teamGood to have knowledge of large language models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Agentic AI workflows and intelligent automation solutionsGood to have knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) Servers for AI tooling and enterprise integrations to improve productivity and customer experience
