IT Tech Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Power Platform & AI Developer to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of business applications, intelligent automation solutions, and AI-powered agents using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience building Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and developing AI-powered solutions using AI Builder, along with foundational experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. This role provides an opportunity to work alongside senior developers and solution architects while delivering enterprise-scale automation, low-code applications, and Generative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Power Platform Development

Develop and maintain applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).Create and enhance Power Automate Cloud Flows to automate business processes.Work with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data sources to build business solutions.Develop Power BI reports and dashboards for business users.Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications and workflows.

AI & Copilot Development (Mandatory)

Design, develop, and deploy Copilot Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.Build AI-powered business solutions using AI Builder, including document processing, form processing, prediction, classification, and intelligent automation models.Create, test, and optimize prompts and conversational experiences for Generative AI applications.Develop intelligent automation solutions that integrate Copilot Agents with Power Automate workflows and enterprise systems.Implement Responsible AI practices, agent governance, and monitoring.Stay current with Microsoft AI, Copilot, and Generative AI capabilities and identify opportunities for adoption.

Integration & Automation

Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using APIs and custom connectors.Support connectivity with enterprise applications such as Jira, Remedy, AWS services, and SharePoint.Participate in automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

Follow established ALM and source control practices using Azure DevOps, Azure Git, and GitHub.Support solution deployments, version control, and environment migrations.Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Collaboration & Learning

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements.Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and solution reviews.Apply best practices in Power Platform, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and enterprise automation.Contribute to technical knowledge sharing and innovation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2-3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.Hands-on experience developing Copilot Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.Hands-on experience building AI solutions using AI Builder.Microsoft Applied Skills: Create Agents with Microsoft Copilot StudioExperience with: Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven Apps)Power Automate Cloud FlowsMicrosoft DataverseCopilot StudioAI BuilderSharePointPower BIUnderstanding of APIs, custom connectors, data integration, and automation concepts.Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Knowledge of prompt engineering concepts and Generative AI fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft certifications such as: PL-900: Power Platform FundamentalsPL-100: Power Platform App MakerPL-400: Power Platform DeveloperExperience integrating Copilot Studio with Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, and external APIs.Experience with Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, or other Generative AI technologies.Experience with GitHub or Azure DevOps repositories.Knowledge of Python, SQL, or other programming languages.Familiarity with Agile development practices.
