About The Team
This position is a part of the Implementation team. We are looking to add an energetic, talented, and experienced analyst to our growing team.
What You Will Be Doing
Design, implement, test, maintain and support applications software with thorough data analysis, product mapping, gather forms and data files from clients and assess requirements for software utilizationProvides implementation-conversion – develops and manages master conversion plan for implementation from a readiness to full production environmentImplementation & conversion support involving data mapping requiring strong analytical and technical skillsAnalyse and solve problems using learned techniques and toolsWork closely with operations teams and client service representatives to understand business requirementsProvides implementation support typically in a defined project
What You Bring
Typically, 3+ years of experience with JavaScriptExcellent knowledge of UNIXAble to write and execute SQL queriesExperience in Perl programming is a plus but not necessaryProvides implementation-conversion – develops and manages master conversion plan for implementationundefinedKnowledge/experience in operational testing and working with operations, client support teamsCommunicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional mannerExcellent organization skillsRequires high attention to detailUtilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questionsAbility to analyse and solve problems using learned techniques and toolsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentAdvanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) knowledgeOther related duties assigned as needed
