How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Manage a shared service center, responsible for delivering a certain scope of services (accounting, non financial services) to various countries / subsidiaries.1. Deliver strategic support to the business through standardised and efficient process, leveraging on systems and tools
Drive and ensure efficiencies through process alignment, standardisation, automation and further adoption of best practices. Drive strategic program initiatives and deliver an excellent employee experience at a fast-growing global capacity Support the roadmaps' definition for the present and future state initiatives and projects Define objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders Run efficient and cost-effective account receivable related transactions within the GBS Facilitate efficient communication between the different teams (Credit, Collection and Cash Application), Perform analysis of key performance indicators, follow-up on relevant action plans
