About The Role

As a Functional SME you will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QAs, DevOps, Architects to design, build, implement and test quality technical or functional solutions. As part of the team, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative, new solutions that meet their needs and help advance the way the world pays, banks and invests.

What You Will Be Doing

Prioritize development initiativesArticulate user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teamsManage backlog of user stories for one or more projects/featuresEstablish user story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refines stories with Scrum teamsReview and provide feedback on test plans to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteriaCreate Sprint Release Plans with input from development teamsMonitor the development progress and provides updates to stakeholders as requestedLead planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievementsInteract with product owners and product managers to define/translate requirements and modifications into product designsPlay a pivotal role in implementing Asset Finance (AAF) Solution and its various modulesPerform client requirements gathering workshops, put together project plans, perform data mapping /requirements workshops, assist clients in performing data validation and reconciliation testing, system integration testing and UATAssist PS/Pre-sales in preparing and delivering product presentations and demos to clientsSupport sales organization and process with specific market/domain expertise and product knowledgeResearch client needs, analyzing trends and best practices and creating detailed program specificationsGain a thorough understanding of product strategy, market, industry, and client goalsWork with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user storiesMaintain and develop knowledge of Auto & Leasing Finance requirements and current regulations that apply to our current and prospective clients

What You Will Bring

At least 10 plus years of experience in product management, design and/or development of software products and services for the Auto, Leasing & Lending (Commercial, Retail, Auto Finance, Asset Finance) domain with strong track record of progressive experience and responsibility. Experience with product management principles and methodologies; experience in software development lifecycle, release management and change managementExperience with agile delivery approaches including Kanban, SCRUM, and SAFeAdvanced knowledge of multiple end-to-end systems as well as application development. Acumen in business, technology, and analytical capabilitiesStrong written & verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a variety of levels within the organizationAbility to work under pressure in fast-paced and challenging environmentHands-on experience with JiraPositive team-oriented attitude
