About The Team

At FIS we are looking for a Product Support Representative to join the FIS Enterprise Treasury Client Experience team. The successful candidate will provide treasury and payments production application support to our client base.

About The Role

As an AWS Production Support Engineer, you will provide critical production application support for treasury and payments solutions used by global financial institutions and corporate clients. Success in this role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders while supporting a 24x7 operational environment.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide production support for treasury and payments applications, ensuring high availability and operational excellenceSupport cloud-hosted environments across AWS and Azure, ensuring optimal application performance and stabilityYou will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, incident resolution, service availability, and exceptional client experience across business-critical applicationsInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service disruptions, and client-reported issues within agreed service levelsMonitor application performance, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actionsManage incidents, service requests, and problem records using ticketing tools such as ServiceNowCollaborate with engineering, infrastructure, cloud, and business teams to restore services and improve platform reliabilityAnalyze application logs, system metrics, and database queries to diagnose complex technical issues

What You Bring

6+ years of Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies and production support activities in cloud-based environmentsExperience supporting Java-based enterprise applications and containerized environments using KubernetesStrong SQL skills with the ability to analyze data and troubleshoot application issuesExperience in application production support, client services, or technical support roles within banking, treasury, payments, or financial services environmentsStrong understanding of financial operations, treasury workflows, and payment processing environmentsGood knowledge of Microsoft Windows and/or Linux operating systems administration and troubleshootingExperience using incident management and ticketing platforms such as ServiceNowExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with proven client-facing experience
