Focus on building and deploying AI-powered assistants, copilots, virtual agents, and intelligent automation solutions that improve productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

What You Will Be Doing

Design, develop, configure, and support enterprise AI assistants, Copilots, virtual agents, and conversational AI solutionsBuild intelligent workflows and automation solutions using~ Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, Azure AI Services, Related AI technologiesImplement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, semantic search capabilities, prompt engineering strategies, and response optimization techniquesIntegrate AI solutions with~ Enterprise applications, APIs, Knowledge repositories, Business systems, Enterprise data sourcesCollaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to~ Gather requirements, Define use cases ,Design solutions, Support successful deliveryParticipate in the full solution lifecycle including~ Design, Development, Testing, UAT support, DeploymentProduction supportTroubleshoot and resolve AI solution issues across multiple environmentsCreate and maintain~Technical design documentationConfiguration guidesOperational runbooksKnowledge transfer materials
