Aftersales Parts Manager II, eCommerce & Merchandising

AGCO is seeking a highly experienced, commercially minded and proactive Senior

eCommerce Insights & Measurement Analyst to join our Global Parts eCommerce team.

The successful candidate will own the direction of the analytics and measurement

function. The role owns both the insight layer (reporting, analysis and recommendations)

and the measurement layer (tracking implementation, tag management and data quality)

on which those insights depend.

Your Experience And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a

related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in online/digital consumer marketing, B2C/B2B

eCommerce or related industries.

8+ years with advanced data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau or similar). Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and SEO principles and Hands-on Google Tag Manager experience: building/debugging tags, triggers, variables, the ecommerce dataLayer, and Consent Mode, including root-cause analysis of tracking issues

on single-page-application storefronts.

Solid understanding of measurement architecture, custom dimensions/metrics, cross

property/roll-up setups, and data-quality reconciliation between web analytics and

backend systems.
